FAQ

Attire:

*Wear layers appropriate to move freely in that may also provide warmth and comfort when coming to rest for the sound bath

What to bring:

*Water

*Some mats, blocks, pillows, bolsters and blankets available or feel free to bring your own.

Ages 13+

Any physical ability welcome, as long as you can navigate stairs to get to the event space.

If you do not wish to lie down for the sound bath, chairs are available. Just let us know.

Suggested post event care:

* Hydrate!

* Be gentle with yourself and give yourself time and space to stay relaxed. Allow the movement or softening the event facilitates to continue.

* Make this a regular practice so your body learns and remembers how to relax and reset.

* Consuming alcohol after any energy work event is not recommended.
