I am a licensed massage therapist specializing in myofascial release. I have a busy private practice in Brewster.

I am fascinated by the mind body connection & help my clients with healing and embodiment through myofascial release, shamanic work, dialog, and sound alchemy using the crystal bowls and other sound tools.

I find direct touch and/or gentle self aware movement begins the opening of body wisdom and that sound penetrates with a deep, irresistible, gentle vibration to open the system further than is possible with touch, movement, thought, or intention alone.

Acqua Divine

I am a quintessential artist who follows her curiosity and passion wherever they lead. I am fascinated with energy as a resource, a current, a lifeline, which lead me to become a certified Reiki master. I consider myself a spiritual alchemist who offers opportunities to access this infinite resource and transform density to lightness, through many forms of expression; movement, sound, collage, multi-media and multi-dimensional BEing.

After studying various transformative movement modalities such as 5 Rhythms, Soul Motion, and Contact Improvisation, I created "Move and Groove" for children and "Movement Medicine" for adults. Both programs use music to guide and facilitate being present in one's body, moving in a way that feels good, connecting to self and others, and having FUN!

Crystals have been my muse for the past twenty years. Their healing properties are the stars of the show in my jewelry line, Acqua Divine. Now, they are speaking to and through me in a new and different way with the Crystal harp and bowls. I became a certified Sound Healer to be able to share their pure, etheric sound. It is unlike anything I have ever heard, it is holy, it is healing, and it is needed!
